Pineapple Apricot Chia Pudding!
What is your favorite chia pudding combo?
Recipe:
Chia Pudding:
• 4 tbsp Chia Seeds
• 1/2 cup Plant Based Milk
• 1/2 cup Juice (I used a cold pressed Pineapple- Carrot-Orange juice I had made earlier)
1 tbsp Sweetener (Coconut Nectar, Maple, Agave, etc)
Mix and leave in fridge over night. In the morning mix again a few minutes before you serve (I like to mix and let it sit for another 30min before I serve).
Toppings:
Yogurt- Plant-Based with live cultures (probiotics) is best!
Fresh fruit- Apricots are in season!
Coconut Chips
And coconut sugar for good measure 😊
