Super Easy Lemon Garbanzo Salad

Here what you need:

2 cups cooked Garbanzo Beans

1 can Black Olives

6-8 Rainbow Cherry Tomatoes (sliced)

3-4 sliced Celery Stalks

Handful of greens of your choice like microgreens, spinach, or cilantro

Black Pepper & Salt to taste

Mix and top with avocado 🥑 and enjoy!
