Let’s make Açaí Bowls!!!

Açaí bowls can be hard to make at home, but I have a few tips to help you out!!

1) Chop your frozen fruit up to smaller pieces before putting them in the blender

2) Soak you Açaí packet in cold or room temp water for about a 1 min. You don’t want melted Açaí, but not rock hard Acai

3) Always blend on the lowest setting. Once everything is chopped up you can increase the speed, but not too much as it can melt you blend faster than you want

4) Keep a close eye on the blend, if you don’t see things moving along, stop the blender immediately (you don’t want to blow out your blender!) and once COMPLETELY STOPPED, then you can mix the blend with you spatula to mix things around and start again. You may need to repeat this a few times until the blender can move things along on its own.
