Blueberry Almond Oatmeal Bake

Ingredients:

* 2 cups Oat Bran or Rolled Oats

* 2 cups plant-based milk 

* 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

* 1/2 cup chopped Almonds

* 1/2 cup chopped dates

* 1/4 cup maple syrup

* 2 tbs ground Flax Seeds

* 1 tbs melted coconut oil

* 1 tsp cinnamon

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* 1 tsp baking powder

* 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

2. Add the milk, flax seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder, coconut oil, and salt to a large bowl and mix well.

3. Then, add the oats, dates, and walnuts into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix it again. 

4. Add the blueberries into the batter and gently mix.  

5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the oats are golden.
